iTrue – A Platform which Combines Blockchain & Biometric Technologies



Introduction

iTrue is a blockchain based platform which is providing decentralized and scalable solutions to the businesses where they can improve the security of their applications and bring security to their customers’ data. The aim is to enable everyone to have control over their personal data, how it is used and how to earn profit from it. They are providing solution as Blockchain-as-a-Service (BaaS) with built-in authentication system to biometrics where enabling businesses to build secure and scalable applications. This platform rewards users for sharing their data and businesses for participating in the data and app marketplace.


Problem

The problem is in current centralized system which leads to failure many times where authentication data is stored on a central server which can easily be hacked or stolen.
Passwords are unsafe and inconvenient where users are being forced to use complicated passwords which sometimes make them too lazy that they use either weak passwords or strong one and it leads to unsafe.
Development of better authentication is very costly where enterprises spend almost maximum of their IT budgets in developing secure authentication methods to their systems and applications.
Here, users don not have control over their data where they did not know where his/her data is being used and it leads to misusing.
The plastic debit/credit cards are very expensive and unsafe for the environment.


Solution

The solution where iTrue is come up with the decentralized platform which reduces the risk of security breach and failure with the help of blockchain technology.
Instead of passwords they are using biometrics which is a faster and more secure system for authentication.
Here, enterprises can build iTrue authentication right into their apps where it reduces time & costs which makes easier user identification and authentication.
Users have full authority and control over their data, they are fully informed where their data is being used.
At last, they are providing cardless solution that does not rely on gadgets which can help reduce e-waste.

Jack Cheng – CEO – For more than a decade, he has been a pioneering leader in fintech, asset management, entech, and distributed ledger technologies. In 2015, he introduced innovative token payment products into Hong Kong to ignite mass adoption. Jack is a recipient of the "Global Top 100 Most Influential Marketing Leaders" in 2016, and is currently involved in industry associations, such as the Beijing Z-Park Blockchain Industry Alliance, Hong Kong Digital Asset Investment Association, and Hong Kong CIO and IT Professionals Association.

Anton Gorozhankin – CTO – He’s having 15+ years’ experience in software architecture and product development, with expertise in payment gateways, billing systems, custom applications, and blockchain integration. Anton has outstanding skills in math and solving of non-standard tech cases. Technology vision and lead all aspects of architecture, software and product development.

Mikhail Podlinev – COO – Expert in project management, marketing, innovation, and conflict resolution. With a master’s degree in computer engineering, Mikhail has expertise in building solutions that include payment gateways, cloud platforms, mobile apps, and affiliate programs for clients.

The Social Media hype is good, and they are active on their Telegram Group.
The Website is very appealing and well-explained in detail. The Whitepaper is also explained in detail and easy to understand.
There are 18 core members in an executive team who are having expertise in Community Management, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, PR, UI/UX Developer, Marketing, Web Application, Biometrics, Software and Blockchain Technology. Some of them are having working experience with and for Apple, Samsung and Nike.
They have 2 advisors on board who are having expertise in IT, Software and Financial Management. But, they are lacking in Blockchain Technology. One of them previously worked with IBM for several years as an Executive Architect.
The Roadmap is provided with their milestones in detail till 2019. Currently, MVP is not available.
They have partnered with Trade Center Europa, IBIA, Crypto Valley and Law&Trust.
