How does the AdSigma platform work?

 6 - Publisher writes a request for a block chain. 
 7 - A smart contract checks the evidence and passes the ADSi tokens to the publisher. 
 8 - Advertisers can check transactions and match them to their own tracking data and provide reviews and ratings for the publisher.
